Training Registrations Policy

  • Registrations may be made by phone – however places are allocated on receipt of completed form and payment.
  • Unless otherwise arranged, registrations are to be completed and paid in full 14 days prior to date of course.
  • If insufficient registrations are received, the course may be cancelled or rescheduled.
  • A 25% administration fee will be retained if less than 14 days notice of cancellation of registration is given, no refund will be given if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given. Cancellation must be received in writing to be valid.
