To assist with understanding the future of aged care and a 'Person Centred Planning' focus, NRSDC has collated a number of resources for you, including ADHC’s ‘Better Practice Project’.

In NSW, the concept of ‘Person Centred Planning’ (PCP) is also called  ‘re-ablement’, better practice’, a ‘wellness approach’ and a number of other terms.  The fundamentals of PCP are individual goal setting and ‘doing with, not for’.
