Home and Community Care (HACC) Services provide supports to older Australians, younger people with a disability and their carers to enable them to live more independently at home in the community. The NRSDC HACC Development program aims to improve the capacity of HACC Service infrastructure to deliver quality services, which respond to client needs, including special needs groups and also to work collaboratively with the community service sector to build a strong cohesive community care system.
