The Transport Development Project (TDP) is a regional initiative to reduce transport disadvantage and improve access to affordable transport options for residents of the Northern Rivers.  The project aims to develop relevant, effective, affordable, publicly available and accessible transport services and infrastructure in the region.  The TDP is funded by the New South Wales Department of Transport & Infrastructure.

The Going Places website www.goingplaces org.au provides information on all forms of transport for the Ballina, Byron, Clarence, Kyogle, Lismore, Tweed and Richmond Valley local government areas. There are links to timetables and service provider websites as well as information about concession fares.
