The HACC Fees Research Project was a 9 month research project into client fees for Home And Community Care (HACC) projects in the Far North Coast and New England areas.  The Project researched all HACC services with a focus on Community Transport, Meals On Wheels and Home Modification Services.  The target group being HACC eligible clients, particularly financially disadvantaged, Aboriginal people and people living in remote and isolated areas.  The primary purpose of this project was to develop innovative fees options and models that will make this part of service easier to implement for HACC services, and fair and equitable for clients.
