Aboriginal Cross Cultural Training has been revised for 2012 and is designed to help individuals and organisations work more effectively with aboriginal people rather that just raise awareness. With Aboriginal Cross Cultural Training our goal is to help participants move beyond basic Aboriginal awareness and appreciation to practical skills and tools that can be applied everywhere. This course provides greater scope for addressing some of the solutions to the problems faced by many Aboriginal people, and opportunities for participant’s questions and concerns to be addressed. Our aim is to leave participants with a positive and long lasting awareness of these issues. The experience focuses on participatory interactions in a relaxed and comfortable learning environment; respectful of individuals and Aboriginal culture.
