Guided Incident Response Training (G.I.R.T.) 2 day

This course aims to assist staff and carers develop the skills and awareness required to
prevent and manage incidents in a safe and informed way. Participants will receive a
training manual, and undertake a mixture of tutorials, workbook tasks, scenario
exercises, and the practice of physical management techniques.

Guided Incident Response Training can support individuals and staff teams to develop
the ability to manage incidents in a manner that helps minimise risk, and provides better
outcomes for staff, agencies, and clients.
