Hosted by the NSW Aboriginal Community Care Gathering Committee, this one-day conference will explain better practice in policy and service provision to Aboriginal older people, people with disability and carers. This is a Conference run by Aboriginal People for non-Aboriginal Community Care Service Providers. Early Bird discount ends 14 July.
