The NSW Premier has released the Government's 10 year strategic plan 'NSW 2021: A Plan to Make NSW Number One', which sets immediate priorities for action and will guide resource allocation within the NSW Budget.

The preparation of the plan is the start of the Government's process to deliver change. Local communities have their own priorities and over the next year the Government will work to 'localise' NSW 2021.

Consultation with local communities has begun with an online forum seeking community input on priorities for each region and locality. Comments posted on the forum will feed into the development of Local and Regional Action Plans.
