Northern Rivers Family Pathways Network has approval from the Attorney General’s office to proceed with setting up the Northern Rivers Eservice Provider Directory.  The directory will cover the Byron, Ballina, Lismore, Tweed, Richmond Valley and Kyogle Shires.  The aim of the edirectory is to provide up to date service information to all practitioners in the Northern Rivers Family Law Pathways Network.

The Eservice Provider Directory cannot be accessed without a link.  A direct web search will not locate the directory as our funding agreement with Attorney Generals prohibits development of a website.   So our directory is sitting on a server that I will continue to update.  Every time you click on your link you will get the most up to date information.

The attached file will enable you to view your Eservice Provider Directory. The file requires you to connect to the internet via the file which will open in your browser (eg. Firefox, IE).  You will be required to save the file to your desktop and double click the icon to begin searching the Service Directory.

We suggest that you keep this link on your desktop for easy reference.

Using the E directory

There is currently an entry under ‘Post Cooperative Parenting Programs’.  If you click on this category you will see that the listings are organised by Shire.  On this page there is a brief description of the service.  If you click on “view page for more” you can access detailed provider information about the service.

There is also a category for groups which is divided by group type and Shire.  It will be too late for this year but next year we can look at collecting this information.

Getting started

Now the fun begins inputting information into the directory.  The success of the directory will be determined by how many services are prepared to provide information now and updates when details change.  You can update your page as often as you like.

Please determine the category you wish your service to be listed under.  Some services may require multiple listings.  Email your listings in plain text format.  Please do not underline, bold, italicise etc. as the program attached to the directory will do this job for us. 

If you cannot find a category that suits your service we can look at increasing the categories.
